Commissioners must be 13+ if using Stripe for payments, or 18+ if using PayPal.

You must provide original quality PNGs of your sticker(s) (unless getting new art drawn).
Failure to do so may incur fees while also degrading the quality of the final product.

The original artist must consent to having their work modified and animated. Check the artists page for a list of confirmed artists. The original artist or character owner(s) may submit a takedown request, so make sure they're okay with everything first! You may secretly commission a gift animation involving someone else if the involved individuals are assumed to be fine with it, but proceed at your own risk.

Animated stickers cannot contain gradients. They may be lost, incur fees, or both.

Stickers may lose quality due to the conversion process, or to fit Telegram's size limits.
(PNG quality does not necessarily affect the final filesize.)

Sticker animations cannot be longer than 3 seconds, while full animations can be longer.

Full payment must be sent before work is started.
You may request a refund per sticker if no work has been done on them yet.

Payments will be handled via Stripe or PayPal, and generally sent in GBP (£).

I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions at any time for whatever reason.
Refunds will be sent where appropriate.

Once stickers are finalised, edits may cost extra, unless it was a mistake on my part.

If you wish to keep your commission private (not be displayed on my website, telegram channel, or in marketing), please mention this during the commission process.

You may criticize my work and request changes before finalised, but straight up harassment will not be tolerated and your commission may be cancelled.

You are not allowed clear messages between us for both sides.
If you are found doing this, then you may be denied service and blacklisted.

It is your responsibility to notify me if your pack will contain NSFW content, so that I may tag it correctly on my website and Telegram channel.

For sticker commissions, the final product will be sent in a .zip file for you to create an animated/video pack (with guidance if required).

You may receive an email with a satisfaction survey after the commission unless you opt out.

Animated, video and static stickers require their own packs due to Telegram's limitations. If you wish for the animated/video pack to be created for you, it can be requested at no extra cost, but cannot be edited by yourself nor contain stickers from other animators. You will need to re-create the pack yourself should you ever want this, as Telegram does not currently provide a way to transfer sticker pack ownership.

You are expected to update your sticker pack with newer revisions of stickers if provided.

Any pack including my animations must have my credit sticker in them! (Will be provided).
Failure to include this sticker may result in reduced priority or no service in future, unless an agreement had been made beforehand.

If an artist credit sticker is required, you may request a converted version at no extra cost.

You may request your finished commission to be rendered in a different format (MP4/WEBM/GIF) at no additional cost.

You may repost your finished commission outside of Telegram as long as proper credit is given, such as a link to my website or username.

You may edit my work (provided the artist allows it too), but may not share edits publicly without explicit permission from myself. (Cropping is fine.)

You cannot resell or monetise my work without explicit permission from myself and the artist. Usage in YouTube videos and Twitch streams are okay.
